Gate DexBuilder Launches First Event Contracts Builder, Unveils $3 Million Grant Program to Accelerate Market Ecosystem
Gate DexBuilder, the DEX infrastructure platform of cryptocurrency exchange Gate, has launched its first Event Contracts Builder. The company also announced a $3 million grant program to support projects building event contract markets.
The Event Contracts Builder is designed to lower the barrier to entry for market product development. It provides modular infrastructure services covering market creation, trading, liquidity support, settlement, and operational management. This allows project teams to deploy branded event contract markets without building trading systems and settlement architecture from scratch.
The service is open to brokers, trading platforms, crypto wallets, Web3 applications, media and information platforms, community content platforms, AI trading systems, AI agents, quantitative trading platforms, and sports, esports, and entertainment products. Projects at any stage—ideation, MVP, testing, or live—are eligible to apply.
The builder supports API and SDK integration and includes core functions such as market data, order and position management, settlement, risk controls, an operations dashboard, and multi-terminal integration. Partners can integrate event contract functionality into existing products or launch standalone branded markets.
Use cases for the Event Contracts Builder include crypto assets, sports, esports, macroeconomic events, AI, and industry events. The goal is to help innovative teams explore integrating event contract markets with various business ecosystems.
Selected projects will be eligible for up to $3 million in funding and ecosystem support, covering product development, technical integration, liquidity building, market launch, and user growth. Additional benefits include technical support, official showcases, community exposure, joint AMAs, media promotion, and ecosystem partnerships.
Jason Fung, Head of Gate DexBuilder and Head of Global Partnerships, said the future of event contract markets depends on broader application scenarios and open infrastructure support. He said the Event Contracts Builder aims to provide flexible and efficient building capabilities to partners across industries.
Gate, founded in 2013, serves over 58 million users and supports trading across 4,900+ digital assets. The launch is part of Gate’s ongoing investment in Web3 infrastructure and emerging areas such as event contract markets, DEXs, AI, and RWA.
